Most of the time, tokens that you send to your Trust Wallet address will show up in your tokens tab automatically. However, it might take some time for that to happen. If after a couple of hours, you still don’t see tokens in your wallet, please follow the steps below.
- Go to etherscan.io and put in your Trust Wallet public address. If you don’t see tokens that you sent in the “tokens” tab here, it means that the tokens have not been sent to your address. The problem is unrelated to Trust Wallet and you need to double check the original transaction.
- If you see the tokens in your wallet on etherscan.io, but still don’t see them in your wallet, you will need to add them manually. To add a token manually, go to the tokens tab and click on a “plus” sign in the top right corner. It will bring up a screen with token details. All of the required information for this screen can be obtained either from going to etherscan.io and searching for your token or from a token’s whitepaper.
